TECHNICAL NOTES:

1) This version contains IMPORTANT security fixes for the TelWinWeb module - patches vulnerability CVE-2023-0956, reported by CERT Polska. You should immediately update the TelWin system version to the latest version. A security patch was also released for older versions of the system (corresponding patches in versions: 7.11.03, 7.10.07, 7.09.07, 7.08.10). 

2) Support for version 7.14 has been terminated with the 7.18 release.
3) Support for operating systems has been terminated (due to the complete termination of technical support by Microsoft):
  - based on old principles: Windows 7 and Windows 2009 R2 Server
  - based on new rules: Windows 10 (version 1804)

4) The minimum required version of Internet Explorer 10.0 (i.e. the basic version in Windows 8 and Windows 2012 Server).
5) The minimum required version of MS .NET Framework 4.7.2.
6) Installing the latest version of TelWin SCADA® 7.10 requires reinstalling the TelWin WebInterface subsystem.

7) Installation of the WebView2 Runtime is required for systems without the Edge Browser (i.e. Windows Server 2012)
